Full Journal pdf2009-04-19 House Journal Page 1160 HJR 27 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1126) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27(RES) Relating to sovereign powers of the state. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27(2d RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 27(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 27(2d RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 27(RES)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHJR 27(2d RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
